Log-in Capacity
During the initial stages of the beta test, the number of players allowed to be logged in at any given time will be limited, with capacity to gradually increase as adjustments are performed on server load. Should the maximum capacity already be reached when you attempt to log in, a message will appear indicating that the world is currently congested, and you will be asked to try again in a short while. At this time you will be placed on a waiting list in the order of attempted log-in time. To maintain your position on the waiting list, you must initiate the log-in procedure again within ten minutes of your first attempt.
Feedback Submission
While playing, testers who have been asked to submit opinions on anything at all regarding topics such as game balance issues, settings that you may have found difficult to understand, and features that you felt were inconvenient, unintuitive, or required further explanation are asked to use the feedback hread, and for those testers who have been assigned the task of reporting bugs are asked to use the bug report form.
We are currently under way on Straw Tools development and looking for assistance developing the C# application. The application is supported by the WPF framework, so experience in this department would be tremendously help, but by no means required. Those interested in testing, and or creating user stories please contact me .
StrawTools is broken up into six phases at this point and time. Our goal is to complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 by release. Phase 3 will be introduced in late October, and phase 4 will be an ongoing process through November and December.
We’ll playing a StrawHats match of Team Fortress 2 on the 28th (that’s a Saturday). The match will begin at 3pm eastern and we’ll be flexing our muscles over Vent. I really hope to see as many of you make it as are able. This is the first official StrawHats event, let’s have fun.
Be sure to join the StrawHats steam group for event details.

This pretty chart came of it.
As for the answer to the question? 437,184
Here's the Raw Data for those interested. Also includes estimates up to Rank 50 and Action Point requirements per level (which can actually be calculated).
