Jester King  I hate the DMV, its such a broken system. I drove over 50 miles today visiting over 4 separate locations and have yet to successfully clear a problem on my license

I feel for you. Somehow, a $165 ticket has turned into $2k, even though it's for no proof of insurance and I had insurance at the time I got pulled over.
