Points: Crime and Punishment

All Beli deductions must be approved by the Captain, but may be submitted by other ranking officials such as Warlords, and the Council.

Late Arrival

Showing up late to any event the crew member reserved a spot on will result in a -50% deduction of that eventŐs worth.

Breaking Event Guidelines

Event strategy and expectations vary from event to event. All events come in three distict quality types. High Quality events are generally reserved for the Upper Echelon and imploy end game expectations. Breaking event guidelines during these events may result in up to -90% event worth. Upper Echelon should always strive for excellence. Medium Quality apply towards all events that the Company does not take seriously but employ some effort to clear. Misconduct results in -50% event penalty. Finally all other events are considered of low quality and employ only a small -15%.

Public Relations and Conduct

Distracting, interfering, or hindering another CompanyŐs event. The penalty is judged only by the Captain with a varying degree of penalty based on POV, Event Worth, and current Public Relations with the opposing Company in question, as well as the reputation of the others involved.

Internal Disputes

Disrespecting and or getting into a confrontation with Matey from the StrawHats Company may result in a penalty. The penalty may only be instilled by the Captain with the consequences ranging from a 1% reduction of Beli from their total accumulated worth. New members may be removed from the Company entirely. Furthermore repeated occurrences may result in any creative punishment deemed by the Captain.

The MIA Rule

All members are automatically flagged as MIA (Missing in Action) by the system after having not participated in a single scheduled event during the course of one month. That member is placed on a rail that deducts a specific amount of Beli from that userŐs total worth using an inverse logarithmic curve (http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=inverse+log). This curve will steadly increase the amount of Beli deducted with continuous MIA status where the their entire Beli fund falls to that of the Matey with the smallest funds. Thereby never depleting their worth entirely but surely keeping that player from coming back and claiming booty after several months of absence.
